2nd time coming here! first time was great! Fast and great service! After my last experience I will not be returning. First off, I was the first client but not the first to leave. I was left under the dryer for 2 hours and I honestly don't know why because my hair had been dry for at least an hour. They also had a roach running through the salon while I was getting my hot oil treatment. Lastly I had an amateur stylist she burned me on the forehead with the blow dryer. I didn't even know that was possible! But I do know I now have to wear styles to cover the right side of my forehead until this large burn mark heals. WORST SERVICE EVER! Never coming back.
Do not go here. They put relaxer's in the shampoo. They did not tell me this when I went there. I only found out when I went there again and my hair texture did not come back. They refused to admit that they used relaxers and blamed a massive amount of my hair falling out on "stress and lack of protein." I had to cut most of hair off to stop the severe breakage. My hair used to be at my shoulder blades, now it is at the top of my neck. If you want a quality and safe Dominican blowout, go to Lily's.

I come here all the time, but lately I have not been satisfied. My roots are not straight, my hair is frizzy and a mess. I think she rushed because it was almost time to close. Not happy at all but lesson learned!!
Its The Best!!! In and Out! I don't know their names but the blonde lady has hands of a angel and the lady with the red hair, can blow dry her Ass off!
