I came to this carwash on yesterday to get my car washed. I had an issue with the wash and went to speak with gentleman who was there. I figured he was the manager because he had on a different shirt from the rest of the workers. There is this little bitty woman that works there. I don't know what her position is but if she is not the manager or supervisor she needs to be. The gentleman was very rude and disrespectful and because of him I wasn't coming back, but this little woman came out of nowhere she was very respectful and helped me with my problem she took good care of me it is because of her that I will be back. That gentleman does not need to be there if that is how he talks to people. It is a beautiful thing to see our beautiful black women doing there thing. Thank You so much little lady.
I got my car washed yesterday for only to have a bird (or several) bless me with their mess. I went back today to do a basic wash because I figured that it should rain tomorrow and that would rinse it off. Went through and there was still so residual left. I saw Jack over by the vacuum and just simply asked if there was anything short of maybe hand scrubbing I could do. To my surprise, Jack offered to run my car back through the wash and have it scrubbed beforehand.

This car wash is pathetic. You smell nothing but sewage here. Vacuums barely work. The guy that worked today has a disgusting attitude. He does not know how to communicate with customers. This is obviously not his calling. Swifty car wash down at the intersection of Wesley Chapel is 100x better. I should've drove down further.
Since they've been here, I've always brought my car here when I need a wash. And after today, I'll always bring her back. Thanks Jack. You went above and beyond.....
Every time I come, the machine does not do a good job, you pay for extra and don't get it then the workers are rude and your car or the rims NEVER COME CLEAN
