Permit department in the basement has top notch customer service. In and out quickly and served like a customer at Nordstrom's.
This courthouse really made me feel like all of the employees were real civil servants. I lost my keys and officers and employees, checked cameras, checked where I was, and really took there time and care just looking for a pair of keys. It was nice, from the care and effort. I also had the pleasure of having courteous service for the civil matter I had at hand.
This is ridiculous they have ppl setting on the floor waiting to be called. If we have a court date why we have been waiting over 3 hours in the hallway ppl are setting on the floor. Clerks are setting on the floor doing paper work, i have never seen anything like this before. Only Dekalb County
