I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughter's mother-in-law's funeral and was very unhappy with it. The arrangement was supposed to be 20 inches high and 18-1/2 inches wide. At best it was maybe 15 x 10...It looked more like a $20 arrangement rather than a $100 arrangement. Such a sad time for the family and had to deal with this disappointment. This was a close family member and I really wanted an outstanding arrangement. Will never use this florist again.
