We were introduced to CR from our first builder. The selection of counter top materials was amazaing. When we decided to remodel our Master Bath, we knew where we wanted to go to pick our counter tops.

The first marble product we picked was beautiful, but it was too fragile to install and CR attempted twice to make it work perfectly. This did not happen and CR had us pick another marble product at no cost to us and the 3 Rd install went perfectly.
Met with David in the stone yard on 6/29 to look at the leftover pieces for a small laundry room project. He did not quote any prices but gave me a copy of the estimate sheet and informed me that someone from the design center would call me. I waited a week and called them on on 7/6 and was connected with a designer. She was unable to locate me in the system, but took my information including what I wanted an estimate on and said she would call back. After 48 hours she had not gotten back to me and I went to another area stoneyard which was able to give me a price while I was there. They got my money. Customer service and communication get a failing grade at CR.
