The store was clean and well stocked. The store was busy and there were plenty of associates there to help. All of the check out lines were open and there was almost no wait. I would go back to this Home Depot again.
Worst staff ever.. ask 5 times for help no body show up till 24 min later. Any of the associates willing to help.. cashiers always talking joking meantime you are waiting to check out... the worst attitude ever seen... spend 1hr and 15 min in some that should take no more than. 20 min... strongly disagree
Went to get blinds cut first time cut totally wrong went the next day to have recut by another associate and he cut them even worst than the first associate. This store is the pits went to Lowes cut them correctly the first time and they were cheaper. Sorry Home Depot you really dropped the ball this time, and may I add that the blinds needed to be up for Thanksgiving when all my home improvements were complete. Imagine having to put a sheet over the front window when guest arrived. Also, the staff was not helpful at all and very rude.
The Wesley Chapel store has the worst service. I was there a few days ago to get key's cut. So I'm waiting as the guy finished with a customer. After he was done he walked off and i said excuse me sir can i get some keys made. His response was let me find the guy that works this area. I was like excuse me, he explained that he didn't work that area. Even though he just made a key for a female customer. So naturally I was instantly pissed and I cussed his ass out. Ol sorry ass and i told him if he didn't want to work to take his sorry ass home.
I think this is the worst hardware store for customer service. The employees are unknowledgeable and can be rude about it. I was there trying to get a solution for a problem I was having trying to install a new kitchen faucet. The lady that tried to help me didn't quite know how to help me because she said she had never looked under her sink. The man she refers me to was rude and told me there was nothing in the store that could work for my 3/8" faucet inlet and my 1/2" supply line coming up from the floor. After much frustration and the make employee walking off. I figured it out myself with the help of the agent for the manufacturer on the phone and simply found a 3/8" to 1/2" adapter. I made sure I went to a different Home Depot when I had to go back for another part that night.
