Arrived at 8:30 AM on a Thursday to wash my clothes and use the free dryers. The place was closed. The lights were out the door was locked, no attendant. They were supposed to open at 8:00am... I will not be back, I wasted my time.
I came in Around 430pm on a weekday, it says "coin laundromat " that needs to be changed cause you need a special card, there was a lady attendant at the time very rude, she handed me a card and took it back once I place my clothing in the washer, after a few I came and asked for the card to use the dryer and she gave me this dirty look as if I'm interrupting you conversation with the tv. Once I place my clothes in the dryer here she comes saying "where's the card I have to go" I told her my clothes weren't done drying and my money was still on the card she took the card and gave me 50cents. Overall I wasted my time coming here with a rude ass attendant and was able to even have all dry clothes after. They need a better system ,because it already looks like it needs to be shut down! don't waste your time here you will just end up with wet clothes.
Now the time of drying and it's free on Thursday as it said, I had five dryers to use, she used the card and gave me like 24 minutes, I said I had lot of clothes that need more time, she replied that only allowed 0.75 cents, I said: but it is free, she start explaining that more than that the dryer will be so hot..., I said: so I better separate them in more dryers, she said: that will be enough, I said: but if I come back and they are not yet dried will you give me more? She said: yes.
If you wash there you get to dry for free. If they fix all the broken washers and cleaned up better they could have a 5 star.
I brought in my king sized comforter to be cleaned as I've done before in the past. It was about 3:45 pm. There was a teenaged boy there who was acting as the attendant. I told him that I wanted my comforter cleaned as per the sign posted: Queen and King comforters for $15. He informed me that it would be about 90 minutes. Later, I came back to pick up my comforter at about 5:30 pm. He have him a $20 and waited for my $5 change. After several seconds of him just standing there, I asked him for my change. He then tells me the price was $20. I said no because the sign posted says $15. He says that the sign is wrong and he has to charge me for detergent and labor. Bullshit! What labor? The machines do all the work. I've used their services before and it has always been $15. He just wanted the extra $5 dollars. I was not given a receipt either, so there is no evidence of the transaction. Never again!
That was my experience so far, didn't feel comfortable in a satisfaction level, I might look for another one around or buy a washer and dryer.
I searched about a laundromat on my way, found this "coin laundry" called Snow white, I prepare a bunch of quarters and went there for the first time, I notice that the place is not clean enough especially the machines where to put the soap because others soap left, I keep looking till I find three quite ok, put my clothes and took out my coins "ohhh", it's a card machine, I went the old lady sitting on front and gave her the coins , she came with a card and turn the machines on.
