My first and only visit to this office was very pleasant - perhaps because my business was short and sweet. Or maybe that's the way it was suppose to be...
So I came on a friday morning right when it opened and there was already a huge line- this felt so daunting as there was one window open and probably 50 or so people there. The lady behind me in line was confused as well because it was 10 minutes prior to the posted open time. Anyway, once the clock struck the hour in which it was time to open all 22 windows opened up and I was out in 20 minutes. the police men guiding everyone around were very friendly, and the lady who I went to get pre screened was super nice. Last was the lady who helped me change my name and she was quick and kind. I can't believe I am saying this but going to the Social Security office was actually a pretty pleasant experience!
I would say my encounter with this office was good until i ranned into Ms. Banks. All im going to say is she was very unprofessional, rude, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Man y’all can be slack. I just pray nobody has my information seriously because y’all put the wrong address on the paper I received in the mail like how is that possible. I said 1393 not 1339!!!!! Been waiting on my card for a month and now I know why.
Thats is the most unprofessional and slowest place ever to packed they call numbers 10min apart. Either they need a bigger place are people that really want to work
