Unorganized, staff rude. Don't care how they talk to you. A system design to keep minorities and poor people in the system. The courts and these private Parole offices are making money. Learn your rights and keep your own documentation because if they make a mistake it's all on you to verify. Always ask questions and document what they tell you and the PPO name. Because they have all the power to make it worse for you.

I mean I didn't expect much from this place but to pay & leave. but the receptionist whoever answers the phone is super rude. No professionalism whatsoever. Except for the officers.
I know places like these aren't made to make u comfortable but where is the professionalism . They doing more talkin to each other then the people that's paying money to see there P.O. I hate unorganized establishment. I don't normally post or speak on anything but to be an GOVERNMENT Establishment this place suuuuucccckkkkksssssssss.
Unorganized, does not follow up when items are mailed. Or when probation is over.
