Although there are Publix stores located closer to me, this one has the best customer service going out of their way to special order items.
Update: They have addressed all these issues. It is now a good place to shop. Sorry I didn't update before now - 2017. Give them credit for paying attention and accepting criticism and making improvements.
Great selection! I looked all over for green tomatoes and their the only store that sells them. Plus their staff is amazingly nice. And so close to home. Cool!
Publix clean just like the majority of them with this one the produce department was stocked very well the person working produce was very knowledgeable even help me find another product far on the other corner of the store love that service
Oh...I forgot: the "cold" beer is always warm. What cheapo's.
Snapped at when I try to ask a question, contempt at checkout, hot foods (tasty as rubber) bagged with cold thoughtlessly, cigarettes $7 more expensive than at QT 3 blocks away (where I was treated with courtesy, even though they were very busy), endless waits at their deli making it useless to go there - guess I,ll have to drive 8 miles back to midtown if I want to shop Publix. There, I am always treated as a valued patron. Quality at Shamrock: insulting. I am David Penly and I stand by this review.
Employees here will go far out of their way to help you. They'll find items for you, and explain how to use/prepare items in their own particular areas. The store is clean, well stocked, and has a pleasant ambience.
