Sandra was very prompt w/answering questions and responding to messages and email. I was disappointed w/my room, only because when I got there, they moved me to a Lanai. I wanted to be ocean front. However, the room itself was lovely. Ocean is more important than having a Lanai. That does not take away from Sandra and Brock Travel! I definitely will use her again!
