Great place had my bike tune up and it's like brand new and the service was fast this has become the only place my bike will go to be work on thanks Decatur bike!!
I had an unusual problem with my modest commuter bike (purchased elsewhere before I discovered Decatur Bikes) that had to be handled by the manufacturer as a warranty issue. Recent turnover at the manufacturer made it slow to get things done and caused some complications. I voiced some concerns to management (Mark) about the process, who handled my feedback with professionalism and sincerity. At the end of the day, Mark and the Decatur Bikes team were persistent, passionate advocates for me with the manufacturer. They got me squared away and came through in a big way.

I go here for all of my cycling needs. After going from all the shops in a twenty mile radius, the people at Decatur bikes were the friendliest and most patient.
