Well, I wouldn’t be doing this review if I did not feel truly within my mind, body and soul that the team @ centeral auto didn’t care. I came to them back in the year of 2011 in need of transportation. They help me to understand that I didn’t need some 4 to 5 year car note at the time with my income. I then found myself wanting but not needing another vehicle in the summer of 2014, I then decided to try and see what central auto could help find within my lifestyle. So, fast forward 7 years later I came back to The Team at Central Auto Sales looking for something else once again.

I had an amazing experience with these guys. Their cars are excellent and reliable and they have great service plans. They actually care for you and your car and you can tell when you step on their lot. Definitely not a shady operation. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Several issues even after getting ANOTHER car. The new car had to be brought back on several occasions, giving us an unsafe car to drive while our car was there in the shop. The last straw was last nighton the way home from work, almost getting into an accident bc the car they gave us to drive completely stopped working after 3 days. We were stuck on the side of the road for 2 hrs.
The guy Keith is very unprofessional when he doesn't like a customer knowing what they're talking about and not allowing him to fast talk us and down play the situation. You're better off getting a used car on buford hwy and they're rated the absolute worse.
I am very big on customer service and this team has always shown me the upmost respect and true desire to help with an honest heart.
