Decatur Auto was the 1st place I bought my car, in the 80's. Nothing has change outstanding customer service. Many of my family members have bought a car from them. They truly have dependable cars.
I must say that I don't like the process of buying a car, but my experience at Decatur Auto Sales was the best I've ever had with a dealer. They are friendly, straightforward and the cars are priced well and financing options are flexible. I would recommend buying here!
Incredible experience and a wonderful decision. I'm a single mom and was looking for a reliable car. I felt hopeless and was so nervous to be tricked into buying a crappy car especially from a buy here pay here place. But Decatur auto sales was very patient, friendly, helpful and encouraging. Jeff walked with me several times around the lot until I found exactly what I wanted. Then Kevin handled all my paperwork so professionally and with a few light humored jokes. The lovely lady that runs the front desk was such a pleasant spirit that filled the place and I'm so happy that I took the chance I did and purchased my car with Decatur auto sales.
