Jose and his crew are the only place I'll take my vehicles to now. He's a genuinely good guy with a smart mind running a big shop. They'll take care of you.
Bad customer service - if it's Monday and you're told your car will be ready on Thursday that will not happen. You will wait at least four more days; at least!
This was over the course of 5 visits and I gave them every possible chance. STAY AWAY!

Expensive - which may be okay but you don't get your money's worth.
I've sent several persons there. They NEVER offer a discount or special. They don't even RINSE your car off after sitting in that dirty lot. I sat in the lobby waiting to be helped (consulted) with, from 10 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon---crazy me! Over the years, I've become SO disappointed in them. Looking for a better shop than this.
Joseph Dominguez, the owner, is the worst communicator I have ever met. I HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING THIS automobile repair shop AT ALL COSTS.
Unprofessional - when you ask for an explanation of what is happening with your car and when it really will be ready, you are no longer considered the customer but a nuisance and they are allowing you to pay them as a favor to you.
