the staff is very unprofessional... they do not return phone calls... excellent physician but staff is very rude and not help... it took them 2 weeks to return a call... only after i called 4 times during that time period... Doctor should get staff some customer training...

Called this morning to schedule new patient appointment office staff wasn't friendly. It was almost as if she (Nicole) didn't want a new patient. Nicole stated that they weren't accepting new patients then I told her the BCBS website stated they were she then said oh ok well we don't have anything until May. I stated that's fine she comes back and say wait it will be June/July really???? Poor customer service!!!!!
