My appointment was at 11:30 and I live a good distance away so I arose early, got dressed and proceeded to my appointment.
I was on 75 and 15 minutes away when I received a call to tell me that I couldn't be seen today.
HORRIBLE!!! NO STARS. I had a scheduled 3pm appt., got a call at 2:35pm telling me that i'll have to reschedule because Dr. Stewart had to leave for the day for other patients at the hospital. After I had already left work and wasted time and money, YES IM PISSED.. Then they tried to reschedule me 3 weeks later due to the Holiday (4th of July).. Basically, I told them "F**k You" & proceeded to look for a New Professional OB GYN!
This is by far the WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER ! Ive had two deliveries with this office already Dr.Stewart didnt show to Either.. And I havent met her but once with my first daughter she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL . A STUDENT checked me with her bare hands with a midwife in the room I felt that was odd because she said I had to but this is my third pregnancy and I haven't been seen but twice my appointments have been rescheduled Every Single Time the wait times are ridiculous and the receptionist are beyond rude im changing doctors as of today and im 31 weeks pregnant this disgusting place should be closed. Ill never come here again .
I told the lady that this was very unprofessional and that they expected me to give them a 24 hr. cancellation, but only gave me a 15 minute notice.
Third sign should have been how rude and unprofessional the woman who answered the phone was.
Second sign should have been the multiple times I called the office and there was no answer.
I was told that there was an emergency. I asked "Can't another Doctor see me"? I was told no.
She asked me "would you like to reschedule". I asked her "how likely is it that this would happen again:? she responded with "very likely". So I said "no thank you".
Worst worst worst place to come to!! These people made me pay a hundred dollars up front then could not see me for what i came in for because the doctor was new an didnt feel comfortable then refuses to give me back my money! Be careful!!!
Wish I didn't have to give one star. My first sign should have been the 2 star rating, but I proceeded.
