Not the most modern place but as far as location there's a grocery store and fast food restaurants in walking distance multiple bus stops in walking distance. It's a little ratchet. Customer service is OK depends on who you talk to different people have different attitudes. It is sort of ratchet but I haven't had any problems even as far as walking places. I JUST MIND MY OWN BUSINESS. The price is $225 for a week and bi-weekly payment of $325 if your staying for a month. I paid more for a week at other hotels for what I'd pay for two weeks here. CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE $$$

TV not worth anything. ....bad cable connection in every room.......terrible customer service. ....Hotel been bad for ten plus years

Not quite as bad as everyone makes it out to be, but not a place to stay long-term. Just make sure you keep to yourself and mind your own business and you should be okay.

Low budget hotel with a standard fare of 58 dollars a night. Special prices are available, but not generally worth it. This hotel is not worth 58 dollars a night. The television was outdated, very few channels were available, and there was static and other obstructions on others. My room was relatively clean and offered some privacy (though my blanket had a few cigarette holes in it, and a mild irritation from God knows what, but the sheets and pillows were clean) but there are no curtains on the windows (only blinds), so at night there were an almost endless stream of people's shadows walking by. Very distracting and annoying. Also, there seems to be a party every weekend, cause both days there were loud music and flashing lights. Customer service depends on who you talk to. The young girl with the glasses that works at night was generally nice and receptive, others were either rude or indifferent. My car didn't get broken into, and neither was I robbed, which was a welcomed surprise given the state of the area. Definitely a hood vibe iradiates from this place. But it's close to 1-20, the mall, and other shopping and eating establishments, so it does offer some advantages. I was in a bind and I needed someplace to stay. It wasn't worth the 58 dollars a night (more like 35 or 40), but it was better than sleeping in my car, or a shelter. Btw, there was no microwave or fridge in my room. Just a television and ac/heat (which did work properly). Advice to hotel: please put curtains on the windows and a microwave in the rooms. And fix the televisions! The reception is terrible.

By far a hugh ripp off the price they charge is to high for quality of up keep. I had no heat my ac unit barely worked the room had bed bugs n i had one small pillow. When ro service came all i got was tissue soap n trash bags. For 400 for two weeks is a ripp off nvr coming here again. Oh n the tv didnt wrk

There's always shootings going on. Plus the room don't come with things they suppose to have like pillows, refrigerator, and tv. Its very noisy day and night time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. Staff are not helpful they just give you the run around.
