I called and asked the lady to save a room for me since i was traveling really far, when I get to town, she acts like nobody has talked to me and says she doesn't have anything available. also was very rude when I asked for the manager, wouldn't allow me to speak to them. it's okay tho, i found a much better spot for a lot cheaper... kinda saved me trouble in the long run. So yes, lady who answered the phone so rudely, I DiD have a WONDERFUl "FU**iNG" day... thank you for you're terrible customer service.
I pass this place monthly, going to see my dermatologist. I needed a room for a week only, and it looks nice and clean, quiet so I charged the room. Huge mistake, because it is not only a hotel, but a low income apartment building. It was so noisy! Kids having no where to play, played inside. Other "residents" actually thought they had personal parking spaces so I always felt I was taking someone's parking space. The acoustics in this place is horrid. Unfortunately for me I was placed between two rooms that had children running and jumping, all day, all night. I just wanted a peace place to live for a week. They had the nerve to charge me 300 bucks to live in a old dumpy room. There was no curtains, no flat screen TV, no continental breakfast, no cups, no ice, old mattress set, the cheapest toilet paper I have ever used, housekeeper only came once a week. This place was the worst. Beware, it is not a hotel, it's a Section 8 apts in disguise!
Good customer service free Wi-Fi they have Comcast TV the rooms are clean the building has been remodeled and it's nice and quiet and the AC works
